Published in Baku by "Elm və təhsil" in 2018, this study addresses the education policy of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic (1918-1920). Although it does not directly treat the military operations of the Caucasus Islamic Army, it illuminates the state-building of the Republic that settled in Baku with the Army's support, particularly national and Turkish-language schooling. It serves in the collection as background on post-1918 state formation.
