Selçuk Türkyılmaz's 2020 article (no. 2, pp. 105-114) deals with the Azerbaijani émigré movement around the journal Yeni Kafkasya, published in Istanbul by Mehmet Emin Resulzade, and the symbolic legacy of the flag of independent Azerbaijan. Since its keywords point to the Caucasus Islamic Army, Nuri Pasha and the Ottoman State, it evidently examines the place of the 1918 campaign in post-1920 émigré memory.
