The third part of Musa Qasımlı's study of the great powers' policy towards Azerbaijan during the First World War (1914-1918).

The third part of Musa Qasımlı's monograph, published in Baku by Adiloğlu in 2004. It examines the policies of Russia, the Ottoman Empire, Germany and the Entente towards Azerbaijan in 1914-1918 from a diplomatic-history perspective. As its chronology reaches 1918, it provides the great-power context for the Army of Islam's entry into Azerbaijan and the founding of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic.
