1918 yılında yayınlanan ve dönemin diliyle Latin harflerine aktarılan bu makale, Anadolu'yu Türkistan'a bağlayan ve Kafkaslar üzerinden geçen ticarî güzergâhı Türkçü-Turancı bir bakış açısıyla dönemin jeopolitiği bakımından değerlendirmekte ve özellikle Türk-Rus mücadelesine dikkat çekmektedir. Buna göre, Türkiye'nin Kafkas yolunu denetimde tutması kendisinin ve Türklüğün çıkarları açısından hayati önem taşımaktadır.
