Published by Berghahn Books in 2011, this book examines the post-Mudros courts-martial held in Istanbul, presenting trial records and Ottoman archival documents. Its link to the collection is indirect: rather than the Army of Islam's operations, it concerns the postwar prosecution of the wartime CUP leadership. The characterisations and interpretations are the author's own and the work should be treated as a contested historiographical source.
